Our offices maintain that every patient is entitled to the highest quality of oral and maxillofacial surgery that can be provided. Your health and well-being are our primary concern. We appreciate the consideration you must give to the cost of your care.

The financial obligations for the treatment we render to you are your responsibility. We welcome and encourage frank discussion of services and fees prior to treatment.

If no insurance is available, the total fee is due prior to surgery.


We recognize that your insurance may help you pay for part of your care. Your insurance coverage is a contract between you and your insurance carrier. As a courtesy, we will bill services provided in our office to your insurance carrier if accurate and complete information is provided.

Because a major part of your fee is deferred while waiting for reimbursement from your insurance company, we require that you make an initial payment at the time the service is rendered. If an overpayment occurs, you will be reimbursed by our office (30 days) after the payment was made by the insurance company to us. If there is a remaining balance, we will issue a statement to you requesting payment.

It is your responsibility to verify what your insurance coverage will be for any procedure done in our office.  Every health/dental insurance policy is different.  We suggest that you determine which limitations apply to your particular contract.  It is also your responsibility to verify prior-authorization, if required by your carrier, for any procedure.  We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.  We take the position that the determination of proper treatment is a matter to be decided by our doctors and their patients.


When receiving a general anesthetic or intravenous sedation, an additional fee may be assessed for anesthesia time running over 30 minutes. Anesthesia times over 30 minutes are billed in 15-minute increments.

  • We do not finance accounts. Payment in full is due upon completion of billing.
